The chicken caesar salad is made with chopped romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, sliced grilled chicken, fresh Roma tomatoes, black olives, red onions, and parmesan cheese. In contrast, the restaurant’s signature Black Olives salad is made using lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, cucumber, banana peppers, mozzarella, and croutons.

The Black Olive pasta selection includes various choices, including the no meat version, served with their housemade marinara sauce. The alternative includes meat served with housemade meat sauce, housemade meatballs, or housemade creamy Alfredo sauce as desired by the customer and cheese baked to perfection.
