WASHINGTON, DC – The Not Old Better Show and KSCW Radio 103.1FM have announced The Not Old Better Show’s weekly podcasts have been added to the KSCW lineup, starting Saturday, May 8, at 8:15 AM for a 30-minute slot, following the popular Community Chat show. The new series will feature The Not Old Better Show’s robust reporting, commentary, and analysis focused on health, well-ness, culture, and many other great topics of interest to the KSCW audience.

The award-winning Not Old Better Show currently ranks among the top 5 podcasts for the 55+ age community in the US and is hosted by Paul Vogelzang. Over the past seven years, The Not Old Better Show has seen significant growth, experiencing a 48 percent increase in unique listeners since March 2020. “Many in my audience have enjoyed the show more since being isolated due to the pandemic,” according to Vogelzang, and “the uptick in the audience has brought on many important guests, too. Last year alone, I spoke to Dr. Anthony Fauci three times,” said Vogelzang. While health is of primary importance to Vogelzang’s audience, relationships, exercise, film, books, and many other areas and subjects are discussed.

“My show allows for innovative and intimate storytelling, and that’s exactly what my audience wants today. KSCW is the perfect fit for my deeply human stories aimed at the ever-growing 55+ age community, and I’m thrilled to be working with KSCW,” according to Vogelzang.

“We’re excited to partner with The Not Old Better Show in support of the rich and diverse perspectives and stories that are signature to its programming,” according to KCSW Board President, Gary Cohen. “This partnership serves as added reinforcement of KSCW’s priori-ty to elevate our voices in direct connection with our mission to serve the hearts of Sun City West community,” says Cohen. “The up-coming show subjects of The Not Old Better Show, like Senior Wellness, tips, resources, CBD and Seniors, Aging and Nutrition, are what our listeners are talking about and asking each other about, and Paul’s show creatively approaches each with a great drive and flair,” according to Board President Cohen.
