1. Drillers must be specially trained and have certain work experience before they can take up their jobs;

2. The rig worker must master the operation essentials and comprehensive maintenance knowledge of the drilling rig, and have considerable experience in troubleshooting.

3. Before shipment of the drilling rig, a full inspection should be carried out, all parts of the drilling rig must be complete, no leakage of cables, no damage to the drill rod, drilling tools, etc.;

4. The rig should be loaded firmly, and the steel wire fixed point should be fixed slowly when turning or sloping;

5. Enter the construction site, the rig rig should be fixed, the area of the drill site should be larger than the rig base, and there must be sufficient safety space around;

6. When drilling, strictly follow the construction of the hole position and orientation, angle, hole depth, etc., the driller cannot change it without authorization;

7. When installing the drill rod, check the drilling rig to ensure that the drill rod is not blocked, bent, or the wire mouth is not worn. Unqualified drill rods are strictly prohibited;

8. When loading and unloading the drill bit, prevent the pipe clamp from injuring the cemented carbide piece, and prevent the flat drill bit and the core tube from being clamped;

9. When installing the drill pipe, you must install the second one after installing the first one;

10. When using clean water drilling, water supply is not allowed before drilling, and the pressure can only be drilled after the water returns, and sufficient flow must be ensured, dry holes are not allowed to be drilled, and when there is too much rock powder in the hole, the amount of water should be increased to extend the pump Time, after drilling the hole, stop drilling;

11. The distance must be measured accurately during the drilling process. Generally, it must be measured once every 10 meters or when the drilling tool is changed.

Drill pipe to verify the hole depth;

12. Check whether there are over-temperature phenomena and abnormal sounds in the gearbox, shaft sleeve, horizontal shaft gear, etc. If problems are found, they should be stopped immediately, find the reasons and deal with them in time;
