BAR40’s unique approach to all-inclusive wellness strategies will enable organizations to offer their teams high-impact, 1-hour sessions that deliver lasting results

BAR40 ‘Achieving Personal Excellence’, the bestselling book that sets itself apart in the personal development genre by its unique approach to personal improvement, has announced a new Workplace Wellness offering.

“BAR40 is well-known for helping people become the version of themselves they have always aspired to be by creating new life-changing habits with how they approach food, fitness, and goal-setting”. Creating a program that applies the BAR40 methodology into 1-hour team sessions provides tools that participants can begin using immediately to get to the next level in their personal and professional life,” said Eric Bartosz, Founder of BAR40.

Core areas of BAR40 deal with diet modifications and substitutions, life strategy, goal setting, mindset, sustainable fitness plans, habit formation, and elimination tactics, and personal accountability.

“Whether I’m talking with a college student or a C-level executive, a common thread is that most of us have areas of our life that we want to improve. BAR40 is the framework that provides the structure and path that helps each person create a plan that works best for them in achieving the results related to their most important priorities, unique to them. In the initial beta tests of the Workplace Wellness sessions, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, so we are excited to open it up to a broader audience,” commented Bartosz.

In addition to BAR40, Bartosz is the US Director for UK-based Contra Vision, adjunct MBA professor at DeSales University, an Upper Saucon Firefighter, President of the Saucon Rail trail Oversight Commission, Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley and ‘Bar Talk’ columnist, writing the monthly health and wellness feature for online news source Saucon Source.

Workplace Wellness sessions can be scheduled on the BAR40 site at https://www.bar40.org/.
